Organize how your business runs.
From team responsibilities
to everyday systems.
When your team relies on you for everyday decisions, new people or software will not solve unclear responsibilities. We help organize roles, work processes, business information and the systems supporting your operations.
For operating SMEs, including founder-led businesses, typically with 5–50 employees. Scope depends on your actual operations and agreed needs.
Your company is running. Does everyone know how work should get done?
Knowledge sits with individuals
You depend on one person to understand work status, find a document or progress an essential task.
Responsibilities overlap
Work gets done, but ownership of outcomes, review and approval is not clear enough.
Tools and files are scattered
You have systems and subscriptions, but the team still relies on chats, multiple document versions and searching for information.
What do we structure?
Current operations and gaps
Understand how the business works today, reviewing gaps, evidence and constraints before recommending change.
Roles and ownership
Align roles with responsibility, decision authority, accountability and access, with owners for material processes.
Workflows and procedures
Document how work moves, what each step requires, and when review or approval is needed within the agreed processes.
Data and knowledge
Identify authoritative sources and owners for material information, with organized documents and governed access.
Digital foundations
Translate the operating model into workspace, system and access design. Setup, migration or activation requires an explicit scope.
Handover and continuity
Hand over documentation and user/admin guidance, review foundation readiness and open items, and identify the next improvement route.
Client HQ
One organized place for your team.
Client HQ brings together responsibilities, agreed workflows, key documents, decisions and handover guidance in one organized place. The value is a usable operating reference, not another software subscription.
The platform is selected according to the company's requirements.

Your Digital Business Foundation journey.
Understand current operations
Assess current operations, gaps, information sources and dependencies, then identify priorities using sufficient evidence.
Design the foundation
Design roles, workflows, decision authority and controls that fit the company's size and ability to use them.
Enable within scope
Build the digital foundation design and Client HQ, activating only technical components expressly included in the agreement.
Verify and hand over
Review deliverables, readiness, access and ownership, then hand over what the team needs to continue, with open items stated.
Operating design.
Activation according to need.
Deliver the full journey or a bounded component when reliable prerequisites exist. We validate readiness before choosing the entry point; technical activation remains scope-dependent.
- Included processes and deliverables are agreed before work starts
- Setup, migration and integration are included only when expressly specified
- Licensing and third-party costs are clarified in the proposal
- Ongoing maintenance needs a separate agreement where required
An operating foundation your team can own.
We describe scope, deliverables and acceptance without publishing unapproved client information.
Before structuring operations.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
Not necessarily. We assess their fit and recommend changes or replacement based on need.
Is this an ERP implementation service?
DBF establishes operating foundations and digital readiness. Full ERP implementation is not included by default; it requires a separately agreed project or scope when justified.
Will our team need to participate?
We agree participants, responsibilities and required time in the work plan before starting.
What does the introductory call include?
A free 30-minute video call to understand your needs, assess the fit and identify the next route. Written assessment, gap analysis and venture or operating design belong to a later agreed professional scope.
What is holding back your operations?
Share where work depends on particular people and which process, information source or decision creates delay today.
You do not need to share access, employee data or confidential documents before the call.
