VENTURE FOUNDATION / PRODUCT LANDING PAGE

Turn your venture idea into a clear plan.
Before investing
in execution.

Before paying for a brand, website or team, define your customer, offer, business model and how you will deliver. Venture Foundation brings those decisions into one usable blueprint with clear launch priorities.

See what you will receive

You receive an independent Venture Blueprint and action plan. Implementation is optional and separately agreed.

IS THIS YOUR STAGE?

You have an idea, but key decisions remain open.

The customer and offer are unclear

You know the idea, but have not resolved who will buy, which problem you solve or which offer customers will choose.

More options than priorities

Providers propose tools, channels and execution packages. You need a basis for deciding what is essential now and what can wait.

A plan before commitment

You want to allocate capital and effort through connected decisions, knowing what evidence supports and what still needs testing.

A fit whenA decision-maker is ready to resolve assumptions and priorities before spending.
Not a fit whenYou only need a brand, website or campaign executed from an existing brief.
What we need from youAvailable context, constraints, current evidence, and time to review and approve decisions.
WHAT WE DEFINE

What do we define together?

01

Customer and problem

Who you serve, their priority problem, and the evidence and assumptions behind the decision.

02

Value, positioning and offer

What you sell, the value you create, how the offer is positioned, and the promise you will deliver.

03

Business model and revenue

How the venture earns, its pricing and cost logic, and the assumptions to review; a detailed financial model is not implicitly included.

04

Customer journey and channels

How customers discover, decide and buy, and which channels your model actually needs, rather than prescribing the same platforms to every venture.

05

Delivery and initial team

How you deliver the product or service, with the minimum roles, partners, suppliers and dependencies needed to start.

06

Launch and execution roadmap

What the first operating version needs, who owns each step, and what is needed now, next, optionally or not at all.

  • Markets, offers and decision-makers affect scope
  • Research depth and specialist dependencies are defined in the agreement
  • Technical or marketing execution needs a separate scope
  • Legal and specialist matters are referred to the relevant professional where needed
