Your business is growing. Is its operating structure keeping up?
When decisions return to the founder, responsibilities overlap and information is scattered, start with how work happens before hiring more people or buying another system.
An exploratory video call to understand your situation, assess the fit and identify a next step, with no obligation.
For operating businesses, especially founder-led companies typically with 5–50 employees. Scope follows actual operating needs.
More tools. Clearer ownership?
We start with work, decisions and information, then identify the technology that supports them.
Every decision returns to the founder
Unclear authority and escalation leave work waiting.
Work passes between several people
Handover, follow-up and accountability are not explicit enough.
Information lives in several places
Multiple versions and scattered sources make the approved reference hard to find.
Receive a clear operating foundation.
A reference your team can use.
Documented assessment, operating and digital design, organized in a shared Client HQ workspace where appropriate. The value is clearer work and ownership, rather than another software subscription.
Current state and priorities
An evidence-based gap assessment and information, decision, risk and dependency baseline.
How the company operates
Roles, responsibilities, decision authority, workflows, data ownership and proportionate controls.
Digital design and handover
Workspace and access design, handover and enablement guidance, a roadmap and open items.
Illustrative output contents, not a client document.
Design is core. Activation must be in the agreement.
DBF includes assessment, operating and digital design, and handover within agreed scope. Account configuration, permissions, file migration and integrations are included only when expressly written in the proposal.
Full ERP or CRM implementation, software development and ongoing support are not automatically included. Licensing, external costs and dependencies are clarified in the proposal.
Working components. Explicit scope for each case.
For Sahtna, the work included an active, organized digital workplace. For Abshertam, it connected request-intake design to a register and follow-up interface. These are bounded operating and digital contributions, not evidence of complete client transformation or full DBF delivery.
Understand operations, design the foundation, then hand over.
- 01
Understand the current state
Review business context, workflows, roles, information and evidenced gaps.
- 02
Design operations and digital foundations
Connect responsibilities, decisions, workflows and data to a supporting digital design; activate only what is agreed.
- 03
Activate only what is agreed
Configure, migrate or integrate specific components only when explicitly scoped; otherwise hand over the design and implementation requirements.
- 04
Review and transfer ownership
Clarify outputs, how to use them, their owners, open items and next steps.
A fit when the problem is how work happens.
An operating business with a decision owner and team willing to share context, review outputs and adopt clearer ownership and ways of working.
A different route may fit
If you only need an urgent technical fix or software configured from a ready specification, a bounded specialist route may fit better than the complete DBF.
Before booking
Is DBF just Microsoft 365 setup?
No. It starts with business requirements, processes, roles and data. Digital foundation design is one component; technical activation depends on scope.
Does it include ERP or CRM?
Requirements and dependency design may be included. Full implementation, migration or integration requires an explicit scope and suitable agreement.
Is Client HQ a required software subscription?
Client HQ organizes operating and handover outputs. The platform is selected for business requirements rather than imposed by default.
Does the call include a written assessment?
No. It is an introductory fit and routing conversation. Written assessment, gap analysis and design belong to a later agreed professional scope.
